Lazo Studios is a design and wood crafting atelier based in London. We draw on our experiences and knowledge of time honoured practices and craftsmanship to create intricate artworks and artisan woodwork with a modern twist.
WY London is a homeware brand of Lazo Studios Ltd, an art, design, and wood craftign atelier based in London and run by the creative duo, Naseer Yasna and Hedieh Wojgani. Naseer is a master craftsman, a desinger and an educator, while Hedieh is a trained architect, a desgner and an artist. Drawing on decades of experience steeped in centuries of tradition, they focus on creating intricate artworks and artisan woodwork with contemporary expressions. All the while nurturing a strong connection to their cultural heritage of West and Central Asia, and building connections to other places and cultures. The Desert Garden Colleciton is exclusivelly designed for Jameel Art Shop. As the name indicates, it is inspired by the geometry of the rocks and succulants of a desert garden with accents of vibrant colours.
