The multi-award-winning book houses over 280 detailed recipes and explores the cuisine’s history and its unbreakable connection with the Palestinian culture. In her narrative, Dima also shares some heartwarming stories about Palestine and the Palestinian people.

Dima Sharif is a Dubai-based food artisan and author. She is also the Founder and Owner of Mooneh, a socially-conscious foodstuff supply and catering company.
