Born in 1970 in Karachi, Pakistan, where she lives and works, after completing her master’s in international relations at the University of Karachi, Adeela Suleman studied sculpture at the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture. She is the director and founding member of Vasl Artists’ Association in Karachi,in addition to being Associate Professor she was theHead of the Department of Fine Art (2008-2019) at the Indus Valley School of Art andArchitecture, Karachi.
Mariam Ali Baig is an eminent journalist and communications specialist based in Karachi. She has been the editor of Aurora, Pakistan’s foremost advertising and marketing magazine since its inception in 1998.
