It started with walking in the city, led by a derive.
It grew by gathering all the things that caught my
attention: a sound, a smell, a noise, a flashback.
This game recreates fragments of memories,
secluded moments, subjective spaces and pieces of
experiences. It makes a collection out of fragments
or individualities; traces that usually either go
unnoticed or disappear with time. The diary of a
hoarder. THINGS offers dots unconnected, in hopes
you’ll walk, imagine or invent them.

TABAAN! is a publishing platform that celebrates and supports the culture of prints and printmaking. Using Beit Waraq’s facilities and following different forms of collaborations, the event mobilizes the idea of publishing through providing the necessary support, production facilities, expertise and the platform to disseminate and sell. The yearly editions of stationery items, prints, publications and artists' books are launched during a print market in Beirut followed by a series of regional and international pop-up events. The dissemination network is a growing map of possibilities established with a number of active initiatives and institutions from the arts and culture sector.
