The contributions of art, poetry, essays, vocal exercises, survival instructionals, word puzzles, horoscopes, and dream analysis together provide a temperature and way of seeing, and living through our spiraling conditions. This the first publication by Brief Histories Press, Crown Heights, Brooklyn. It is a communal achievement, and its production is based in collaboration with artists in New York and nearby.

About the Editors
Fawz Kabra is a curator and writer. She was Assistant Curator, Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, Abu Dhabi Project, New York (2014-2016). She earned her MA in curatorial studies at the Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College (2013) and her BFA in studio arts at Concordia University in Montreal (2004).
Isak Berbic is a visual artist living and working in New York. His research is concerned with social histories, translation, the limits of representation, and the circulation of images. His recent projects unearth contested histories, investigating forms of representation within intersecting, ecologies, geographies, economies, archeologies, exchange and transformation.
