Where do you get your products from?
Our products are carefully sourced and selected by our team with a focus on highlighting regional independent designers, artists and publishers plus international eco-conscious and award-winning brands. We take particular pride in being a platform for creativity while offering a selection of unique products at every price point.
Do you ship internationally?
Art Jameel Shop currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates, but will be expanding to offer international shipping soon. Please stay tuned as we share updates.
When will I receive my item?
Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your items from the moment you’ve made your purchase. Our courier will pick up your order from our shop and deliver it to your chosen address. For more details, kindly refer to our
shipping policy.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order is placed, we will notify you with the tracking information.
I want to surprise someone, can you wrap and deliver my gift?
We can certainly wrap your purchased item and deliver it to the address of your choice. Simply select the gift wrap option at checkout which in turn allows you to insert a personal message and we will take care of the rest.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Our products are available in limited quantities for a short period of time. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made in our flagship store. However, for online purchases, our
refund and exchange policy allows you to easily return a product if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service at
shop@artjameel.org as soon as possible to request a refund and we will provide you with a refund request form that you will need to complete and send back to us along with the items inside their original packaging. For more details, kindly refer to our refund and exchange policy.
Help! My product looks different from the picture online.
The products that we offer at the shop are usually developed with designers/artists who root their practices in artisanal expertise and handmade work; therefore no two items are ever identical. Please note that handmade items are likely to have small variations in shape, size and finish the same way weight and dimensions are approximate. This is a natural part of the artistic process and it is precisely what makes your item unique. However, if you have received a defective/damaged item, please contact our customer service at

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you wish to cancel or modify your order, please get in touch within 24 hours by emailing
shop@artjameel.org.
Do you offer a product warranty?
Art Jameel Shop does not offer product warranty. Some brands sold by the Shop offer warranties directly.
How can I place an order for a sold-out item (pre-order)?
If you are interested in a product that is no longer available, please email us at
shop@artjameel.org and our team will add you to the waiting list and notify you when the item is back in stock and available to order again.
