Adila Laïdi-Hanieh is Director General of the Palestinian Museum in Birzeit since 2018. A writer and academic focusing on Palestinian arts and cultural practices, modern Arab intellectual history, and cultural spaces and processes, Dr. Adila Laïdi-Hanieh published the artist biography Fahrelnissa Zeid. Painter of Inner Worlds in 2017, and in 2008 published the first cultural review of contemporary Palestine: Palestine. Rien ne nous manque ici (Palestine: We Lack for Nothing Here).

Tomà Berlanda is an architect with a Ph.D in Architecture and Building Design from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy (2009). He is Director and Professor at the School of Architecture, Planning and Geomatics at the University of Cape Town, where he pursues his research interests focusing on the implications that can be drawn from a non-stereotypical reading of the African city and the practice of architecture in non-Western urban settings and landscapes.

Meghan Ho-Tong is an architect based in Cape Town, South Africa, operating at the interface of architectural and creative practice, research and teaching.

Sharjah Art Foundation hosts numerous activities and events throughout the year, from exhibitions featuring the work of Arab and international artists, live music and performances to film screenings and artist talks as well as extensive art education programmes for children, adults and families. Additionally, the Foundation has over the years published a range of books that include Sharjah Biennial and exhibition catalogues, books about the March Meetings and limited-edition artists' publications.
