Important Notice: 

By completing your registration and payment process for the Spring Arts Camp on Monday, March 16, 2026, - Friday, March 27, 2026, at Jameel Arts Centre, I, parent/guardian acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below:

I, the registrant, hereby guarantee that I am the legal guardian/parent and I am registering to secure a seat for my child/children to attend Spring Arts Camp at Jameel Arts Centre.

I understand that there may be filming and photography at this event. 

I, parent/guardian, acknowledge the potential dangers and hazards and voluntarily choose to have my child/children participate despite these risks.

Jameel Arts Centre programmes team are qualified in emergency first aid training. However, Jameel Arts Centre is not responsible for any injury or loss of personal items in and around the premises.

I agree to allow my child to participate in the Jameel Arts Centre Spring Arts Camp and affirm that my child’s participation is completely voluntary.

I understand that the camp fees must be paid prior to the start of the Spring Arts Camp sessions.  

I will instruct my child to follow all the rules of the Spring Arts Camp and the staff's instructions.

I will inform facilitators of any allergies or dietary restrictions my child/children may have and ensure appropriate arrangements are made

Registrant Waiver

I agree to inform the facilitators if my child/children cannot attend or if any changes and cancellations ahead of time

This release and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By submitting this registration application, I hereby waive and release the facilitators as well as Art Jameel from any and all liability, past, present and future relating to the Spring Arts Camp on Monday, March 16- Friday, March 27 2026.
